Terms of Service

Creators must complete the registration process, including providing a valid email address, creating a secure password, and accepting these Terms. Creators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

To receive payouts, Creators must connect a Stripe account through our Stripe Connect integration. Stripe independently collects and verifies identity information as required by applicable law and their own terms of service, including:

• Legal full name
• Date of birth
• Social Security Number (last 4 digits or full SSN for higher volumes) or EIN for business entities
• Valid bank account or debit card for payouts
• Business or residential address

CreatorLink does not store SSN or full financial account numbers. This information is collected and secured exclusively by Stripe, Inc. Creators must comply with Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

Your acceptance of these Terms is timestamped and recorded in our systems at the time of account creation. This record constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms as of that date and time.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@creatorl.ink if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

CreatorLink is a general-purpose digital content marketplace. Permitted content includes but is not limited to: educational materials, music, photography, digital art, software, templates, written works, and instructional videos.

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Uploading, listing, or distributing any of the following may result in immediate account termination, fund withholding, and referral to law enforcement:

• Any sexually explicit or pornographic material of any kind. This prohibition is absolute and non-negotiable at this time.
• Any content depicting, referencing, or involving minors in a sexual context. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
• Content that depicts or promotes real or simulated violence, torture, or harm.
• Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activity, including but not limited to drug trafficking, fraud, hacking, or money laundering.
• Content that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrighted works, trademarks, or trade secrets, without authorization.
• Malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
• Content designed to harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group.
• Personal identifying information of any individual without their documented consent.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine it violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

By uploading Content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the Content or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions.
• The Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You have the right to grant the licenses described in these Terms.

Creators retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in their Content. CreatorLink does not claim ownership of any Content uploaded to the Platform.

By uploading Content to CreatorLink, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and deliver your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Platform. This license terminates when you remove the Content from the Platform, subject to any outstanding buyer access rights.

Upon purchase, a Creator grants the Buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased Content for personal purposes only, unless the listing explicitly states otherwise. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit purchased Content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the Creator.

CreatorLink respects intellectual property rights. If you believe Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to legal@creatorl.ink including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; and (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

CreatorLink charges Creators a platform fee of 15% of each transaction. This fee covers platform operation, payment processing infrastructure, customer support, and fraud prevention. The remaining amount, after payment processor fees, is remitted to the Creator.

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. By making or receiving payments on the Platform, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. CreatorLink is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures in payment processing caused by Stripe or third-party financial institutions.

Creator payouts are governed by Stripe Connect's standard payout schedule, which typically remits funds within 2–7 business days following a completed transaction, subject to any holds or reviews. CreatorLink reserves the right to delay payouts in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, or policy violations.

All sales are final unless the Creator's listing explicitly offers a refund policy. Buyers who receive Content materially different from what was described in the listing may submit a dispute to legal@creatorl.ink within 7 days of purchase. CreatorLink reserves the right to issue refunds and charge them back to Creators in cases of clear misrepresentation or fraud.

Creators are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax obligations arising from sales made through the Platform, including income tax and applicable sales tax. Stripe may issue IRS Form 1099-K to Creators who meet applicable thresholds. CreatorLink is not your tax advisor and this document does not constitute tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

CreatorLink reserves the right to place a hold on or freeze Creator funds in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Unresolved buyer disputes or chargebacks.
• Violation of these Terms or our Content Policy.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Account verification failures.

We will notify the affected Creator via email as soon as practicable, except where prohibited by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CreatorLink expressly disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to CreatorLink in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00).
