This 15-session gym course is designed for beginners or those wishing to build a solid foundation in gym training. The program provides comprehensive knowledge and skills, from basic to practical, helping students become familiar with training equipment, master exercise techniques, and understand safety principles to minimize injury. Throughout the course, students will be guided on warm-up exercises, stretching, group training, and combining strength and cardio exercises to improve fitness, physique, and overall health. In addition, the course provides knowledge on nutrition, post-workout recovery, and methods for creating a training plan tailored to individual goals. After 15 lessons, students can confidently use the equipment in the gym, perform basic exercises with correct technique, build a training program suitable for their physical condition, and maintain a scientific training habit to achieve their health and fitness goals sustainably.
